New Yard Facility (Phase 1)

Located at Tuas View Extension, west of Singapore, the planned 206-hectare New Yard Facility is strategically located along the major sea lanes in the Singapore Straits and will enable the Group to provide its customers with enhanced services, faster turnaround time and more cost-competitive solutions.
The New Yard will provide ship repair, upgrading and ship conversion works
The Phase 1 development involves a land area of 73.3 hectares, 4 VLCC graving docks with a total capacity of 1.55 million dwt and quay length of 3,408m.
The yard commenced construction activities in December 2009 and will be operational in 2013.
